PURCHASING A LOT IN BRUSH CREEK   Brush Creek Properties is a deed restricted community where certain covenants, restrictions, and construction guidelines apply to new home construction. We urge anyone interested in purchasing property in Brush Creek to first familiarize themselves with these restrictions, which are posted on this site.
